By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the baji 200 platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using baji 200.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between Baji 200 and the member. Please read them in full before using any services on the platform.

Baji 200 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Baji 200. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

One Person — One Account

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be withheld.

Accuracy of Information

Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false information may be terminated. A copy of your National ID card or passport may be required during KYC verification.

• Name, address, and date of birth must be accurate
• Mobile number and email must be verifiable
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is complete
• High-value transactions require identity verification

All financial transactions on baji 200 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). A range of local payment methods are supported, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit

• Accepting a new bonus while one is already active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited

Baji 200 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. If a member is found to be abusing a bonus, that bonus may be cancelled.

Every bet placed on Baji 200 is treated as a binding agreement. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to every market. These limits may vary by market, event, and the member's account level.

Match Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Bets are generally refunded if a match is cancelled
• If a match is rescheduled within 24 hours, the original bet remains valid
• In cricket, results determined by the D/L method are considered final
• Bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error during in-play betting may be voided

Odds Changes

Bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect the outcome of existing bets.

All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure completely random and unbiased outcomes. No member or staff can predetermine any result.

Live Casino

Live Casino games are played in real time with live dealers. If your connection drops, the game result will be recorded in the system and that result will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji 200. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and funds may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse (circumventing bonus conditions through betting patterns)
• Using software or bots to place automated bets
• Money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Participation in match-fixing or team fraud

Baji 200 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice.

Reasons for Account Closure

• Engaging in prohibited activities (as per Section 07)
• Providing false or inaccurate information
• KYC verification not completed
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
• At the member's own request

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

Baji 200 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses due to internet connection issues
• Third-party payment gateway failure
• Unscheduled server maintenance or downtime
• Issues with the member's own device or software
• Financial losses resulting from winning or losing bets

Baji 200 treats the protection of members' personal data as a top priority. Your information is never shared with unauthorized third parties.
